What will you do?

As a foreman installation, you lead on-site and work alongside the installation team. You manage a team of technicians, maintain an overview, and serve as the contact point for both colleagues and clients. You ensure projects are executed safely, systematically, and according to plan.

No two days are the same: one day you're working on a project in the Netherlands, the next you're abroad with your team tackling an exciting job.

Additionally, you're responsible for:

• Participating in the installation;
• Directing and guiding the installation team;
• Planning and coordinating on-site activities;
• Monitoring quality, safety, and progress;
• Identifying bottlenecks and quickly adapting as needed;
• Maintaining contact with clients and project management;

What you bring:
