What will you do?

As a logistics team leader at Transport & Lifting Twenthe, you will be responsible for leading an enthusiastic team of logistics staff every day.

You’ll coordinate activities on the floor, keep an overview, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Together with your team, you’ll ensure an efficient and seamless logistics process. If you see room for improvement, you’ll seize that opportunity. You’ll identify bottlenecks and actively contribute to smart solutions.

You’ll lead from your own experience and ensure that the department’s goals are achieved. You’ll also ensure a safe and pleasant working environment and set a good example yourself. You’ll work closely with colleagues in logistics, other team leaders, and managers.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a driven team player with a passion for logistics and organization. You love keeping an overview, can switch gears effectively, and have an eye for improvement. You find it important that processes run smoothly and that everyone is in the right place. You take initiative, enjoy working with people, and know how to motivate a team. Additionally, you are:

• Strong in communication and clear in your leadership;
• Flexible regarding working hours and deployment;
• Living in the Rijssen or Apeldoorn area.
