Enjoyment and camaraderie at work
We’re a true Twente family business: close-knit, informal, and non-hierarchical. Every Friday afternoon, we wrap up the week with a drink. Our enthusiastic staff association organizes at least two outings a year: one with partners, one without. When it’s just colleagues, we often do some team-building activities. Speaking of the team: on weekends and during holidays, everyone can use the workshop for personal projects. Visiting? It’s a great chance to get to know your colleagues in a different way.
