What will you do?

Market research and proposing commercial strategies:

• Gather customer, product, and market information;
• Propose strategies for sales policy, marketing policy, and market approach.

Executing the sales process:

• Prepare the sales process;
• Acquire clients and/or orders;
• Conduct sales conversations;
• Make offers with price calculations;
• Manage the (internal) order process.

Managing our relationship management and customer service:

• Maintain customer contact and perform aftersales;
• Handle complaints;
• Conduct promotional activities;
• Perform webcare tasks.

Executing account management:

• Conduct account analysis;
• Develop account plans;
• Coordinate the execution of account plans and make adjustments;
• Evaluate account plans and suggest improvements;
• Build and maintain a network.
